Picket trial terms
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Picket is run by Picket (“we”). Contact: hello@picket.live. By using Picket during the trial you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information.
- It’s an early trial. Picket is still being built. Things may break, change or be unavailable at times. Keep your own copy of anything important: you can download your stock and expenses from Settings › Your data at any time.
- Your data is yours. We only use it to run Picket for you, as the privacy notice explains. You can leave at any time and ask us to delete your account.
- Figures are a guide. Profit and tax figures are there to help you. They aren’t tax or accounting advice, so check anything important with an accountant.
- Use it fairly. You must be 18 or over. Keep your login to yourself. Don’t use Picket for anything illegal, or try to break, overload or copy it.
- Other people’s details. If your records include other people’s details (for example, who you bought from), you’re responsible for having a good reason to hold them. We handle them only on your instructions and to run Picket. We keep them secure and confidential, use only the providers listed in the privacy notice, help you if someone asks about their data, and delete them when your account is deleted.
- If we change or end the trial, we’ll email you first and give you at least 30 days to download your data. Then we delete it, as the privacy notice explains.
- Our responsibility. We’ll take reasonable care with Picket and your data. Because it’s a trial, we can’t promise it will always work or be error-free, so please keep your own copies. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
